A bit of a "jackass" he may be, a talented rapper indeed
and a trainer designer it would seem...

utterly worth it, credit card at the ready....
Mister West your foray into footwear desgin with luxury giant Vuitton is
(and i hate to say it) a fricking SWEET Dream dude...

Dear SWEET baby Louboutin wearing jesus....

Heaven behold there is a god...
Every gay man, young gay boy not yet out of the closet and slightly bridget jones like woman across the world will jump at the news of a collaboration between shoe GOD Louboutin and the girl that made our mothers look a little inconsistent...
Due for release within the next few months Mister Louboutin is hard
at work creating his masterpiece.
Barbie may be a little hurt though, as Mister L commented on the weight gain that
seemed to have occured in the ankle region, a slim line ankle
is obviously required to grace the red heeled creation...

UnderGear,,,,

Designer branded boxers - Check
Boxers with gimmick like prints...delete

A fan of underwear i may be, but underwear loitered with the harsh and immature branding of the hulk for instance is beyond me...i find it hard to understand how a male above the age of 12 could find these appealing...
Boys / girls please speak to your partner if not yourselves and remove the offensives items from your liefs and my eyesight...
Gone are the days of teenage rebellion, can we not move forward with the age of maturity.
A simple branded band on underwear or just nothing at all...
Go with the flow folks and champion good underwear...

Snoodalicious...

Snood : - noun

1. the distinctive headband formally worn by young unmarried women of Scotland or Northern England
2. a headband for the hair
3. the pendulous skin over the beak of the turkey (that was by far the best description)

The year is 2009 arise the year season of the snood...
A mixture between a hood and a scarf, you'll be destined to find great comfort with the approaching winter months...essential piece to wrap up with or to look darn fashionable...

The best of the bunch come from Burberry Prorsum / London...
Pick from Mega Check traditional house check colours, sumptuous Rabbit fur or a great cable knit it delicious autumnal colours...

Others to take note of come from the house of Missoni (knitwear GODS)
Highstreet retailers Topshop and H&M have one's to satisfy the new for throw away fashion, cashmere it isnt but a must have it is...

Face Off

So new project alert....
Willing to have your face taken in profile for a little project that I'm working on...if so then do not hesitate to drop me a little message!
I'm based in London of course, but would appreciate you getting back to me wherever you may be...
Until next time ABOYWonders
:)

Factor of same outfits....

So it's the Sunday edition of XFactor live shows and what am i to witness...

1. News of Stephen Gately - Sad Sad news
2. Danni - Sorry a public apology, I'm guessing that her publicist warned of the backlash
from the gay mafia
3. Alexandra Burke - surprisingly good...not the biggest fan of hers but what can i say
she pulled that Bad Boy crap off...i think we should all wear a gold dress made
from discs and be followed by a legion of "bad boys"
4. The votes are in...
An opening of the twins going through made for a rather potty mouthed rant...why oh why did a nation that not only booed but jeered at the two little blond "£$%^^ put them through...
We muddle through to the final 2 and I'm left with Rachel (LOve)
and the Kandi SLUTS (PCD with UK accents)
A sing off and Rach gives it more than her all...stumbled yes but victorious indeed!
Kandi Sluts "sang" fighter by Christina Aguilera only to make me dislike the song further...
5. Judges vote...
Louis - Fare
Danni - Goes without saying
Cheryl - To true (although probably slightly bitter about what was said the night before)
Simon - I sort of died a little when you put the "ladies" through
6. Public Vote (part 2)
At last some normality returns to the show...Rachel / Rihanna goes through and the sluts return to Stringfellows...

(Additional notes..why were the contestants wearing the same outfits as the previous night...credit crunch it may be, but surely topshop could have lent a number of pieces and got a mention)

Until next live show...ABOYWonders

Battle Star Balenciaga

As the audience took seat aboard this galatic adventure, they were sure to bear
witness to an amazing sight...
An opening of hooded beauties paraded down the runway, with a combination of
treated leather pants and bold striped tops it felt a different direction to the usual festivities at Balenciaga.
A progression of bold graphic lines in neon orange and sunshine yellow where left to do
the talking against dresses in simple shapes.
The close of the show saw for technical cuts of fabric which were layered on top of each other....
This brought the house back into is ususal home grown success...

Red Bejewelled LOveliness

So its Saturday night TV viewing in London and i spend my time flicking between
BBC1 and ITV
(for the most part ITV held my attention, reason being XFactor of course...but at around 8:48pm arise Dionne Bromfield and a Red Bejewelled bit of loveliness)
Courtesy of my mate Mister Briggs and Dionne BBC1 finally appeared to pick up...
The goddaughter of Amy Winehouse graces the stage to sing her first single
"MaMa said" only to backed by said godmother...
Cute voice, cute song, enough said...BUT the dress now that i LOved...
Great colour, simple ruffle detail around the neck...whats not to love...check it out and Ricky Briggs people, design force to be worshipped!

WTF - Ralph what were your people thinking

It eludes me how a team of well trusted people, that are well aware of the fact that image is one of the most significant forms of reaching the public would allow for this image to be viewed by millions...
I'm all for thin and all but this took the biscuit...how Ralph Laurens staff would allow for this image to slip through their multi billion pound / dollar hands
(and heads so it would seem) is beyond me...
As a global community there is already a mystique that surrounds the world of fashion
and an image such as this will only push people further away from the
beauty that can be created...sort it out Ralph.
Don't pride yourself on being a well trusted company when WE are able to see this shocking image!
Heads should roll...

Factor of mixed reactions

Londoners cannot go without a reality type tv show it would seem, i am no exception...with this in mind arise XFactor 2009

Today's show was a mixed bag of emotions, vocals, performances and well tantrums and that was just from the judges...

Bring on the contestants...

Rachel :
I call her Rachel but i wasnt sure if it was her or that bajan chick Rihanna when it comes down to the styling...as a show opener she was fantastic. Bold, strong and vocally tight..
LOve her!

Kandy DRAIN :
I think that they should climb back into that drain that they emerged from...
Class has seemed to elude them on all fronts...bad vocal and BAD EVERYTHING

Rikki :
Dude use the hats to busk, he shouldnt be on a show like Xfactor, for a show that is mocked by a number of people, why o why would you put a guy who lacks star potential on a stage in front of millions and singing an AMY song, of all things...bad judgement Cole!

Stacey :
Celien Dions younger illiterate sister...bad styling, bad song choice but a lovely girl, just wish that she wouldnt speak...

Oli :
Not a great deal to report on...

Mizz Frank :
Good start....but not yet a group...

Jamie Archer...
Rock and Roll in Xfactor form...not sure what to make of this gent just yet, but i do see him as being a strong contender for the crowd

Lloyd:
Erm JT's Cry me a River....REALLY?!
Stiff and lack lustre...nothing else to say, he seemed out of his depth on ten different levels!

The twins :
I have nothing to say about the stiff, somewhat incentuous twins....i'm sure that louis will have great fun reassuring them in their dressing room later

Joe :
I half expected for him to burst in to a rendition of Joseph and his damn technicolour dreamcoat, sweet voice and all, just not right for this stage...back to musicals with you...

Danyl:
WTF...Danni you took away the thunder from a seriously talented man...I along with a number of other gay men are now on the hnt for your talentless arse Minogue...we now see why you're the sister that record sales forgot!

On that note ABOYWonders how to seek revenge on Danni Minogue...
Until next time :)

5 things to do this month...October

1. Brace yourself for the autumn / winter chill
What with the changing of seasons, comes with it the changing of wardrobe, although not time to reach for the woolliest of jumpers, it is perhaps the best time to head into stores and pick up your coat of choice to fend of the harshest of temperatures...

2. Heaven behold....
At last, Ambrosia have answered my prayers...apple crumble and custard all in one pot.
A little sad i know but i can't wait

3. Sculpt Away
Anish Kapoor comes to London town and with him he brings along a spectacular array of work, definitely a must see at London's Royal Academy....
Showing from now until December 11th

4. Art's COUNCIL
So my title for this a little deceiving perhaps but definitely something that all will gladly take themselves along to see...
London's art / fashion scene trot along to a council flat in Elephant and Castle to view what can only be called a refereed to as purely beautiful....

5. A Not So Funny Man
Lenny Henry's efforts to tread the stage of London's Westend has been anything but bad....his performance as Othello has gained him him rave reviews and i for one look forward to seeing this show

Until next time ABOYWonders....
